We are in search for 3 driven Rainmakers to generate B2B leads and help drive sales. If you’ve got focus, stamina, and a magical ability to reach out and connect with B2B prospects and help illustrate a pain point, we want to hear from you!

Ideal candidates have experience cold calling prospects, selling digital services (web, app and digital marketing) and have a proven history of exceeding sales targets.

Ideally you are looking for an opportunity to grow with our firm, improve your consultative sales skills and transition to even more senior role including business development, technical sales, or higher!

Our 3 rainmakers will be responsible for researching a targeted list of prospects, making calls, and booking sales meetings for web/app projects and maintenance packages.  You’ll be expected to prove your sales prowess by taking your training and combining it with your cunning sales instincts to setup meetings with qualified prospects so they convert!

You are a team player that loves technology, is data driven, know that results are what matter, believe in ethical sales, are accountable for the decisions you make and believe in doing work that you’re proud of.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, qualify and contact prospects from a pre-defined list
  • Setup meetings for Closer
  • Keep sales tracking and other documentation updated

Education Level

High school Graduate or equivalent


  • 100% commision-based with no caps
  • $5,000 salary credit for first 30 days to help you get started
  • 25% commission on all meetings you set that convert to sales
  • $10,000 - $40,000 Bonus for exceeding sales targets

About You

  • 1+ year experience cold calling or outside sales (if you don't have this, make us believe wh you'll succeed!)
  • Data driven (you belive metrics mean something and you aim to improve on results)
  • Proven achievement of quarterly and annual targets
  • Exerpeince selling Web Projects (Website/App/Maintenance/Digital Marketing)
  • Strong sense of accountability, consistency, driven and energy
  • Strong sense of courtesy and professional conduct
  • Articulate in the written and spoken word

Annual Salary

Commission Based. OTE: $60,000 - $90,000.
