Our VP Sales will be the driver of our web development, app development and digital marketing sales focusing exclusively on outbound opportunities and building channel partner relationships. You will be expected to prove your sales prowess before building your team, so if you are a faint of heart or used to working in a cushy job, this challenge is not for you!

Ideally you will exude humility and confidence, know how to convert the big sales picture into tangible outcomes, and get genuine satisfaction from building a sales culture that makes a positive impact, is accountable, collaborative and promotes our philosophy doing work we’re proud of.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieving sales targets (minimum 8 times team OTE, calculated monthly)
  • Building channel partner relationships
  • Managing sales expansion and growth in target industries and markets (USA and Canada)
  • Setting key team and sales staff position metrics
  • Managing team hiring, mentoring performance and development
  • Establishing & managing procedures, SOP's, MOP's, JobAids, Platforms and Documentation

Education Level

High school Graduate or equivalent


  • $100,000+ Base Salary (adjusted with commensurate experience)
  • 2% individual and 1% team sales commissions

  • Proven achievement of quarterly and annual targets
  • 5 years+ complex solution selling experience (Web/App/Digital Marketing)
  • 2 years+ leading sales teams
  • Motivated, accountable and consisten in timely delivery of work and stakeholder communication
  • Requirements gathering, risk mitigation and project planning knowledge
  • Team leadership, mentorship and development experience
  • New market entry and sales team expansion experience
  • Strong sense of accountability, consistency, drive and energy
  • Articulate
