We are in search for 3 driven Sales Representatives (Hunters) to help drive B2B sales. If you’ve got focus, stamina, and a magical ability to reach out and connect with B2B prospects and help illustrate a pain point, we want to hear from you!

Candidates that will do best have experience cold calling prospects, selling digital services (IT services, web, app and digital marketing) and have a proven history of exceeding sales targets.

Ideally you are looking for an opportunity to grow with our firm, improve your consultative sales skills and transition to even more senior role including business development, technical sales, or higher!

About the Role

Our Sales Representative will be responsible for researching a targeted list of prospects, making calls, and booking sales meetings for IT Services, web/app projects, and maintenance packages. You’ll be expected to prove your sales prowess by taking your training and combining it with your cunning sales instincts to setup meetings with qualified prospects so they convert! Ideally, you’ll be a team player that loves technology, is data driven, knows that results are what matter, believes in ethical sales, are accountable for the decisions you make and believe in doing work that you’re proud of.

Compensation

What's in it for you?

  • 100% commission-based with no caps.1
  • 18% commission on all pre-tax project and recurring package offering meetings you set that convert to sales.2
  • 18% of hours of pre-tax labour billable over a period of three months. 2
  • $10,000 - $40,000 Bonus for exceeding sales targets.
  • 15 paid holidays per year.
  • Paid Mobile phone ($75/month).
  • Free Internet Connection at home (DSL/Cable) subject to availability.
  • Non‐cumulative paid education fund (up to $5,000 per year) for professional development with approval from your Reporting Person.
  • Up to $4,500 of great gear (Customizable hardware and technology so you can work with the tools you need. The customizable hardware is available to you at your 1‐year anniversary and becomes your property on the 5th anniversary of your employment, after which the technology will be yours and you can get new gear).
  • Extended health and dental benefits following 3-month probation.

 

[1] Smartt commits to an uncapped compensation model for first calendar year of your employment. By the anniversary of your first year the compensation model may change to a salary and commission, salary only or commission only model with variations in base salary, commission rates, total compensation, and minimum sales targets subject to final review by Smartt and your Reporting Person. Such changes will be communicated to you no later than 30 calendar days before their initiation at which time you will have the option to continue under the new model or discontinue your employment with Smartt.

2 Sale Includes net new client for (1) Website Planning, Development and Implementation Project; (2) FlexHour package; (3) Digital Marketing Roadmap, or (4) IT Services and calculated up to and including the final Project milestone payment received from client but excludes any 3rd party tool/service/platform/content fees and for FlexHour Package up to 6 calendar months of monthly client base Package Fee excluding adspend or additional hours. Both are calculated as a Sale when closed and paid out to you at the end of each month when funds received from client. Additional sales to net new clients or converted prospects are not included after close of initial sale.

  • Proven achievement of quarterly and annual targets.
  • Experience selling projects and services (IT/Website/App/Hosting/Digital Marketing).
  • Strong sense of accountability, consistency, drive, and energy.
  • Strong sense of courtesy and professional conduct.
  • Articulate in the written and spoken word.

Annual Salary

Commission Based. OTE: $60,000 - $90,000.
