Freelance Graphic and Web Designers
to collaborate with our agile team of talented website developers
to deliver exceptional design for our clients' digital media.
MarketingSmartt (www.marketingsmartt.com) is the marketing division of Smartt that develops innovative web sites and applications that enhance ROI driven marketing campaigns.

WE NEED SOMEONE TO

• Understand concepts and target audiences from our varied clientele.
• Prepare and optimize graphics and website mockups for client approval or modification.
• Provide design consulting on usability, user interfaces and aesthetics.
• Take ownership and pride in delivering high quality initiatives and updates on time and on budget within our Agile Development platform.

YOU NEED TO HAVE

• 2 years of experience as a Graphic and Web Designer with an agency.
• Expertise in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, etc.).
• HTML, Flash, CSS, and AJAX skills.
• Understanding of graphic design principles and interaction design.
• Ability to provide creative design solutions for web application, according to stated standards.
• A talent for conceptualizing online experiences.
• Solid understanding for client deliverables, and the desire to take responsibility for them.
• Knowledge of, and experience applying, branding, layout, colour theory, and typography.
• Ability to thrive working in a collaborative, proactive and fast-paced team.
• A passion for staying on top of the latest trends and movements in web design.
